Hello,
We made IMPS transactions of Rs.6840 and Rs.3600 from our Account Annapurna Gruh Udyog. Both the transactions failed. But they deducted the amount from the account and are not refunding it even after 5 days from the Transaction date.
They are not giving a proper answer, and are just telling us to wait endlessly without giving any Time Frame.
This is in spite of the RBI Circular, which states that for Failed IMPS transactions the amount must be reversed to the account in T+1 days i.e. 24 hours.
Kindly intervene and help us recover Money in Time. I am a small woman entrepreneur and the Amount is urgently required to honour prior commitment Was this information helpful? |
