Sir/madam,
I had done the imps transaction through mobile banking on 31/12/2016. But the amount was not received by the beneficiary account. I got the message as transaction cannot be processed now, please try after some times. I didn't receive the money back. Imps transaction id is[protected]. My account number is [protected]. Branch: ullagaram. Please consider my request and resolve the problem as soon as possible
