Dear sir/madam,

I am Selvi holding a savings account in iob bank Aragalur branch, salem.

I used an SBI bank atm Hastinapuram branch to withdrew an amount of inr 5000/- on 04.07.2019 around 8:00 pm) the transaction had failed and no money was dispensed.the amount has been debited from my account. When asked the bank authorities they replied that the amount will be credited in 10 working days. Still now i didn't receive the amount yet.

Please consider this as a serious issue and help me sort this out.

This morning to my surprise three transaction equal to 15000 and odd rupees were found to be have done with no knowledge of mine .no pin no transaction alert nothing .total case of Fraudulent transactions.though I have blocked my card and account, I dont know how to get back the lost amt .kindly advice .
