My account number is [XX271] Branch Name: MMDA NAGAR,
IFSC Code: IOBA0001310.I have done a IMPS transaction for Rs 10000 to HDFC account ending xx8006 and it is failed .The amount is debited from my IOB account and it is not credited to HDFC acccount. Request you to kindly refund the amount of Rs 10000 in to my IOB account as soon as possible.

I Have one bank Account in IOB Sector-12 Branch & our company A/C is also over there, when ever i visit the branch there is always get to see the same thing.Manager & Asst.Manager both are shouting on customer, both are very rude.
