Indian Overseas Bank — international transaction stopped without notice and never resumed

I am from chennai. I have an iob visa international debit card (For name sake). The most irritating part is the iob has suddenly stopped me from making international transaction. I have been trying to convey my greivance to the customer support but either they beat around the bush or give a solution which never works out. I am deeply hurt as i am a sincere tax payer but the bank doesnt cooperate with me to resolve my issue.
Worst customer support ever.
