Indian Overseas Bank — Iob internet banking issue-no response

I have been trying for the past 1 month to login to the internet banking site in iob since i have forgotten the password and the same has been raised but the respective mail hasn't come yet.
I tried contacting all the customer care numbers they have provided but still no use. Noone is picking up. Its always busy.
I want them to shut down internet banking. This is the very basic grievance and if they cant resolve such an issue, its purely waste of time.

Sir i do not register my mobile number in iob bank, I don't have ATM so I want open online banking so i want register my mobile number in iob in online's please help me
I have an account in IOB-Nambiyur branch. While i use my ATM-Debit card in a POS, the amount was debited but the retailer didn't received the credit.
I have complained it to the branch, and they have given me a compalint number.
But still i haven't received the amount.
