Dear Concern,
i am Anandhi, a Account holder more than 8 Years. i am owning a Restaurant and having a healthy transactions with the bank.
while i am in a need of expanding my business, i was approached the Branch to get the clarification on PMEGP Scheme by the Central Government.
While entering the Bank, i observed that the Branch manager not given any respect to the other customers or the account holders as they are from Rural.
then i started approaching him and expressed about the query which i had. without checking my records, directly told me that, i wont approve any loan. further i insist him and told about my relationship with the Bank, transactions etc, whereas he said ''Close the Bank Account and get lost"
is this the way the branch manager speaks to the customers??
the way the manager spoke is the habit that everyday he follows as the branch is located in a rural and its customers are Purely from the rural area.
later, i approached the Customer care whereas, they don't have any idea to escalate further.
I got a Regional Manager number, whereas no one is responding.
being in the service, one should not use their tone in this was that too the branch manager.
Need a Proper response that why he used that tone to me.. and why he has refused my loan ASAP
