Indian Overseas Bank — loan closed on 31.10.2013, still reflecting in cibil

My PAN No AAAPM3156D in the name of Kamal Kishore Mohindroo, availed vehicle loan of Rs.350000/- from IOB Vasant Vihar, New Delhi on 12.07.2006. The loan closed on 31.10.2013 without single default. Still current balance of Rs.181305/- being reflected in CIBIl resulting in detriorating of CIBIL scoring. Personally visited IOB on number of times but of no use. Branch letter Dt. 17.03.2017 enclosed.
