Indian Overseas Bank — mobile number registration has been failed

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Change of number has been done 4 times going to the bank... But i am not able to create upi account... When i approach the bank they say it has been changed.. And when i try creating a upi account it shows mobile number has not been registered and i tried the same in iob passbook app even there it shows mobile number has not been registered... Please try to resolve the problem as soon as possible..

I have payed through online payment to book a train ticket but that transaction was failed. And my amount has been debited from my account then that was refunded to me. But not yet credited to my account
