Indian Overseas Bank — mobile recharge failed and payment not credited | |||||
Sir, i rajesh verma account no is [protected] at satwari jammu branch. I recharged jio mobile ([protected]) of an amount of rupees 459/- on dated 01 jan 18, the transaction was successful that time but no message i had received of successful. The amount was deducted to my account no. So i confirmed it to customer care of jio centre. He told me that no payment received from your bank side so contanct to your branch. I send a mail to iob bank and complaint raised. But till date i not received my rupess.
