Indian Overseas Bank — Money debited but cash not dispensed

I am a SBI account holder . Today (18/7/[protected]@14.10) i was used IOB ATM/CDM Code -IOBC3033) located Tirupathisaram -therekalputhoor to withdraw 10000 from my SBI account . But unfortunately the money was debited from my bank account but the ATM does not dispensed the cash . I was waited about 10 mins but that machine shows "Transaction time out " and the screen was came to the home menu .

Kindly please deposit that cash 10000 to my sbi account ([protected]) as soon as possible ..

I need that cash very ungently .
