Indian Overseas Bank — Money debited but no cash received

I have tried first withdrawal amount rs.9000/- from my i. O. B atm card in i. O. B bank via atm service centre at keelkattalai chennai, date of withdrawal is 13/06/2016 time 17:40 pm, i have not received amount and the atm centre shown time out on screen, but debited rs.9000/- from my account, so kindly arrange to get back rs.9000/- which was debited on 13/06/2016.
