Indian Overseas Bank — money in sundry creditor

I have account in your bank a/ c no:[protected]. On 1/6/2017 transfored 400rps to my account through neft. This is utr no:sbin[protected]. I called iob customer care he said your money in "sundry creditor". So i called so many time and mailed him but he didn't add amount to my account. My humble request you please solove the problem as soon as possible...
