Indian Overseas Bank — money not received but debit my account

I have try to withdraw 6000 rs cash on 30.01.2019 at 11:38 am with my iob debit card but cash not recevied, mechine showing unable to process and then i try to withdraw but unable to press. Again i try to withdraw money sbi atm center mechine shows "sorry unable to process" but amount 6000 rs debited in my account and it was not automatically in to my account. Please look into this case seriously and help me. Please return back my money 6000 rs. My a\c [protected] ADVERTISEMENT

I have to withdraw 5000rs cash on 31.01.2019 at 3.39 pm with my iob debit card but cash not received, machine showing unable to process but my amount 5000rs debited in my iob account.so please take this problem seriously and help me.please return back my money 5000rs for kindly requesting to you.
