[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — my daughter's tuition fees transaction failed and no one is helping in refund

Hi,
I am dipen bhadra, on 4sept2017 i paid my daughter's school tuition fee using your website. Which is HTTPS://www.iobnet.CO.in/iobpay/entry.do. on that same day i received the bellow email that the transaction has been failed and the amount will be credited within 3 working days. But till now it is not been credited. I called to customer care no[protected],[protected]. But everybody is redirecting to others no one giving me the exact solution. I requesting to you please help me asap. I have sortage of money if i am not getting back that amount it will be difficult for me to pay tuition fee for my daughter.

I have not got any help from consumer department rather several time I called to customer care officer to start complain process, but they always misguide me. I visited bank several time suddenly I found with a good man he helped me and this issue solved. Thanks Dipen

My daughter studies in St. Anthony High School in the 6th Standard. Since yesterday[protected] I am unable to pay the fees online for the month of June. Everything was fine still last month.

After filling all the requirements when I am clicking on the submit button below the caption "Please enter a valid amount" is showing on the screen.

I will be greatly obliged if you sort this problem out at the earliest.

What the hell is going on I don't understand. So many days passed still no solution. Even no answer from your end or the bank's end. Even they don't bother receiving when called. Very poor service. I am totally disappointed.
