Indian Overseas Bank — Neft transfer through mobile banking.

I have done NEFT through iob mobile banking on 19th August 2015 ar 1526 and 1529 hrs but the app showed transaction failed but the bank deducted money from my account. They haven't reversed the process yet. I went to the bank on 26th August 2015 they said don't know. My account details Acc no [protected] Name Murugesan S Branch Royapuram Place Chennai
