Indian Overseas Bank — net banking account locked

I try to log in my net banking id.. But that is not open.. Error came like (Your account either deactivated or locked) please solve this issue and recover my id.. Suppose my account has been deactivated because of no using.. Please recover my account... I dont know my id could not open.. Some error came like (Account deactivated or not activated).. I add a photo for your reference.. So please solve this issue

Not receiving a OTP on a registered mobile during the fund transfer. Even though, I am getting the general SMS on the same mobile number. I am getting general notifications like when i logged in Online.
