Net banking didn't send any data when i am transfer any fund to my other my own account. This problem is from last 2 days...

I need to transfer to rd to yours bank. If net bank is not working who is responsible for my rd installment payment.

If not able to transfer (Net banking didn't send any data) for my rd installment, how i can transfer the rd... Please replay...
