[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — No Debit Card

I had applied for debit card on 1st Oct 2014, I have not yet recived the card, now the Bank is not ready to take the complain, they want me to close the account and reopen a new account.. Let me know will I recive the card or should I go with other bank.IFSC code IOBA0002838
