I have not been receiving any otp when i am trying to use their net banking and calling them has never worked and it has been a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with the customer care or helpline it used to work fine and i don't know what happened these days maybe the bank is so in need of money it doesn't let its users to spend their own money at their time of need this and the worst part is the net banking says use resend otp if you did not receive one but the resend otp option is not even hi lighting, proud of being an iob customer

Updated by lleenniinn what is the name of the branch ... it used to be vadapalani branch but it has been closed now and it does not take vadapalani for branch name and i have tryied typing IOB in caps as the page suggests but now the drop down icon in the second colum does not seem to work im really happy to be a customer of this bank do i need to say more are you serious
