Indian Overseas Bank — Not Response and staff not support to withdraw and deposit

Sir am village people, I have 2000 rupess 10rs coins, I was going to deposit in our branch, cashier and other staff is tell to me no coin is acceptable and not having spce in our branch, I request I have medical emergency so plz deposit coins, not accept that, kindly take action and all our branch customer is telling in this branch is worst for all process
