Indian Overseas Bank — Online Account Password Change

Somehow I forgot my online account password and applied for a change of my password. The bank says they sent a mail containing the password to my account. I have NOT got any mail from the bank for the entire day. I am not able to use the bank account for the past three days as I am not in my original city. They have another option that says I have to go to my branch which is impossible for me in the next 15 days because of my work. What I can do now?
