This is zahera sultana parangipettai branch cuddalore district i attempted online purchase on 1.10.2017 from shopclues online shopping through iob bank debit card due to no availability of stock the order got cancelled and they send a refund message on 20 october and the shopclues says they refund the amount in my iob bankaccount tnx id is [protected]. But still the amount not credited to my account. Please do me the needful
