Indian Overseas Bank — otp not received on the registered mobile no from last 6 months

I am unable to login to my internet banking as the site asks for password change. Whenever i try to change the password, they are sending the otp to some other number. From last 6 months i am not able to log in. Iob customer care is always busy. They have separate number for otp issues[protected] which they never attend. I have also complained on their web portal, but no response.

Please tell me what type of customer care is this when yiu are not even bothering to attend the call.

My name is mohamed Ibrahim. I had withdrawal money of rs 2000 from Indian bank, s.v.chathram branch, on apr 10. The atm had no money but the amount deducted from my account. Still the money is not refunded . please, refund my money.
