Indian Overseas Bank — payment failed but debited from a/c

I am having savings a/c in iob nilagiri vattam thanjavur. My a/c no. Is [protected]. I made online payment via netbanking to irctc for rs.450/- on 02/09/17. Irctc status showing that payment is failed but rs.461.80 is debited from my a/c. Till now the debited amt. Is not re-credited in my a/c. Transaction id is [protected].
Kindly do the needful to return the debited amt.

I tried to book a ticket in IRCTC site. Amount is debited from account but ticket is not booked. I haved attached the screenshots of the IRCTC site and IOB netbank site. I HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW COLOR. please do the need.
