Indian Overseas Bank — payment transaction

Dear sir, i have made a online shopping on 7th aug 2017. Rs. 1526 for the items in my cart, the amount was deducted from my account but the order has not gone through, i have not received any confirmation email from limeroad.com.

Immediately i called my branch office @ nagashettyhalli branch and informed the bank manager to stop the payment, for which he said we can not do anything since it is a online payment. He also said that if the order does not go through then automatically the amount will be bounced back to your account.

Meanwhile, i called the limeroad.com customer care and checked about the order, they said that the order shows as 'in process', if the order goes through then i will receive a notification within 24 hours., unfortunately, i didnt receive any notification or confirmation email till now.
I would appreciate your goodselves to please look into this issue and help me with the order or to put back the amount in my account,
