Indian Overseas Bank — Refund not located

Hello,

This is myself Abarna. On August 5 i made a upi payment to amazon for a online purchase of rs. 6190 . Due to some reasons i had to return the item. Amazon initiated a refund and as per thier data amount was credited on August 17 . Its been almost a month now that the money is not reflecting in my account.

Amazon shared a refund reference Id - Reference:[protected].
Account number : [protected]
Acount holder name: Abarna C

I in person visited bank branch to know about the refund and yet no response recieved. Contacted the customer support who told they are taking the complaint again no response or communication recieved.

Kindly help me get this resolved as soon as possible
