Indian Overseas Bank — refund of money debited through online banking

Yesterday[protected], around 8.30p. M. I have booked the tickets costs 505/- to a cinema through ticketnew online app, the amount for that has been debited from my account but i didn't get any kind of confirmation messages from the respective team, and i got the message of debit from iob. Till now, i didn't get back my money credited to my account. Kindly, do the helpful and refund my money.
