I m Gowtham ramamoorthy from namakkal . I ve SB account on iob namakkal branch Ac no [protected]. I received cheque book form bank. I lost cheque leaf no 123941 so i make stop payment in my iob mobile app on march month itself 2017. But now that cheque leaf 123941 is applied for collection on 17 th July 2017 . bank also allowed and make the collection for 200000 unfortunately my account didn't ve that much amount . now they give statement insufficient fund.i went iob namakkal town branch and ask branch manager they not responding properly . then why you give app for me if stop payment not working means . but status in mobile app give cheque stopped but in bank statement give insufficient fund . bank manager told app was not working don't use app like that . then why that app close that. I need proper response
