Indian Overseas Bank — Regarding my money is not come back to my iob account

Madam/Sir,
I Mrs.rajadurai, My account number [protected], my debit card number [protected], of IOB ashoknagar, chennai, Tamilnadu. i made payment using debit card on 02.01.2017 for Ubagar supermarket.
The payment was not received by the shop.But it is debited in my
account, I enquired about refund at Ubagar supermarket., urappakkam, chennai. They confirmed the failure of transaction. Till date the amount not credited back to my above SB account.
please see to it and solve my compliant as quick as possible.
