Dear sir/madam,

I would like to inform that i have availed term loan a/c no[protected] of rs. 12, 20, 515/- in the year 2008 from which was closed on 06.12.2012. And i have availed another term loan a/c no. [protected]) of rs. 5, 50, 000/- in the year 2009 which was closed on 11.09.2013. And there is no due outstanding in the both accounts. The bank has provided no due certificate for the same also. And the both term loans are taken in the firm name m/s n. N. Textiles having address at : u-51, maruti industries, pandesara, surat from zampa bazar branch, surat after that it will trasfered to surat main branch and after that it will transfer to u. M. Road branch, surat. After that we have request to bank that release my property documents as i have paid my all loans than they said they will find it and release the same to me after that i came to know that they have lost my original property documents and from last 5 years i keep visiting the branch and they replying me the same answer that they have lost my original property documents and they are unable to find the same and give us letter regarding it i have given letters regarding it in-spite of that they are not taking it seriously and i have still not received my original property documents.

Now i request you to please take some strict actions against it and find out my original property documents and release the same to me.
