This complaint is regarding about a individual iob bank branch royapuram. The person working as counter serivce staff in iob royapuram branch are not behaving in good manners and not only him, but some of the staff in iob are not behaving in good manners and they don't have the politeness to stasifiy the customers wish. They are shouting like barking dog towards customers. This is the way they behave to customer, what they think about us that they are the one have job to do we don't have any job or any commitments. So iob main head department has to take action against that particular branch. And then to the person who work as counter serivce staff in iob he did not coming in proper time to the bank. If bank open at 10 am, he is coming at 10.30am and then he will speak to his collegeue after that he will enter into counter service and he will collect the form then he will give the cash, what he think about the customers we are standing for such long time he coolly coming at 10.30 am and then he start to collect the cheque or form in 10.50 am and then he will shout us like slaves so we have to be keep calm to collect our cash. This way you stasifiy the customers wish. Then to for more numbers of customers are waiting to take cash from service counter only one cash service counter is operate where is the second person work as counter service staff. So iob bank main head department has to take action against the respective staff who doesn't behave in good manners toward the customers and my request is to make two counter service as mandatory in your bank so that it will be easy to collect cash for customers wish. So you guys didn't take any action against this issue you have to face the consequences in consumer court

For every week it is asking for us to change the password.It doesn't make sense.Inorder to keep the website securable one we do have many other options in the current technology.This makes us to confuse with the passwords and also consumes more time.Such an irritating system .kindly change this kinda system.
