Regarding iob bank - kurunthencode branch., kanyakumari district.
The service for the customers is very worst, they have different reasons for their worst service. Network problem, less man power, system problem, etc...
For printing a passbook they have no time and no manpower., and they have a problematic printing machine too.
For a signature of confirmation of my account in that bank they ask to pay some amount., when i raise a question why., they tell we put signature and seal, so u need to pay.
First time am hearing such a worst reply from a managar of a nationalized bank.
This is not happening now, from the day i opened the account., it's the same...
But we got no options., this is the only bank we have in our village.
