On 29.10.2017, while i attempted to take an amount of rs. 20000.00 (Rupees twenty thousand) from the atm located in front of the indian overseas bank at tisaiyanvilai. On completion of the process, the cash was struck up and i could not take the amount. But the message was sent to my mobile phone debiting the above said amount from my account.in this regard, i have brought this matter to the branch manager. But till date i have not received any response from the bank. So i request you to take necessary action to credit the amount in my account. The copy of compliant letter given to the branch manager is herewith enclosed.
