Indian Overseas Bank — subsidy for my education loan is pending

I have got education loan of rs 48, 000 per year for 3years, totally as rs 1, 44, 000. I have repaid more than 1lac as of now. But i didn't receive any amount as subsidy except rs 2, 243.37 on 21/02/2018. I have submitted all the necessary documents along with an income certificate also. Kindly let me know why i have not received any subsidy further.

But I didn't receive any amount as subsidy except Rs 2, 243.37 on 21/02/2018. I have submitted all the necessary documents along with an income certificate also. Kindly let me know why I have not received any subsidy further.Allot my left over subsidy as soon as possible as the interest is keep on increasing even if my repayment is in progress.
