Indian Overseas Bank — suspicious call from [protected] asking for debit card details

Dear sir,

My dad got a call from [protected] number on 05aug2017 5.30 to 6.00 pm and person asked for how much amount in account and asking for debit card details.

I tried to reach him on same number and asked for details.. He said he is from kvb customer care, chennai (Name: mohit kumr emp id:)

I just asked him why you need all these details.. Then he started talking very rudely and said what you can do? Complaint to anyone? Nothing can be done..

He started threatening us that you are going to see whats going to happen for your dad. Please help us.

Note: still that person is attending the call, easily you can catch hime if you can trace now

i have purchased medicine from santhosh diagnostics and paid trough my rupay debit card for rs.950/- it has been debited two times on 05/12/2016 i have given complaint several times to the bch.Mgr. They given only compl.No. Any my compl.No is[protected]
