Sir/madam, I tried to make a payment to www.ding.com for my online recharge purchase through iob internet banking. The cash was debited twice but not transferred to the merchant. I have tried many times to register through the online complaint section of iob. But the page always shows ' page cannot be displayed '. Details : Bank: indian overseas bank, sastra branch. Nov 9, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I got the money back. It was credited after 15days of complaint Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
