[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — unable to make online transfers

I have two nre accounts:

Iob ra puram branch a/c. No: [protected].
My online id is gahe02

Iob mylapore a/c. No: [protected]
My online id is gahe03.

I can't make online transfers from the above two accounts. I have been doing the follow up for more than a year either with r a puram branch and/or with mylapore branch with no result.

I need this facility to be activated immediately.
