Indian Overseas Bank — unable to transfer the funds through net banking

I am unable to transfer the amount to net banking. While transfer am getting error (Account forzon). I want to transfer the amount. But i am contact customer care they told contact your branch. I am in jaipur but my native place is near by tuticorin. How to i go to clear this issue and my amount also hold around 9000. Kindly look in to this issue as soon as possible.
