Indian Overseas Bank — unknown charges

From past 1 year this bank is cutting charges sometimes 50-20 sometimes 740. I'm fedup with this bank... I'm trying customer care no. From last 1 hour.. But it is just asking me which language you want an then nothing is happening.
I really want help how to get rid of this otherwise i have to close this account permanently.
