Sir my iob saving bank account [protected] in my account deduction of sms charges 4 times in a one month first on 15 july rs 17.70 deduct for sms charges
Second on 29 july 2018 rs 17.69 deduct
And same date
Rs 17.70 deduct
Same date rs 21.48 rs deduct
I want to know what is this you are fraud with customers refund my hard earned money you are making fool custmers i take legal action against it very soon

On wednesday i went to withdraw one thousand rupees from my indian overseas bank account but when i filled all the information in atm then atm stopped working and my account got debited with one thousand rupees but i didn't receive cash so sir i request u to refund my one thousand rupees back in my account
