Mr. Thirupathi is working with iob perambur branch, chennai. He is not able to communicate in tamil language as a guy basically came from andhra pradesh. He should talk tamil first if he want to work in tamil nadu. He is not proper when customers ask something about products, otherwise it is difficult to the bank for growth. Finally bank need to transfer him to jammu or tripura or assam if he is not giving proper response to the customer.
