Indian Overseas Bank — wrong debit without tneb receipts | |||||
Dear sir, (1) on[protected] around 14:25 hrs tneb bill no.[protected] net banking payment done for rs 4477/= at the end of the transaction there was a display “ transaction failure “. Also the tneb payment receipt not generated. After few seconds i received a sms saying that amount rs 4477/= debited from your account. (2) immediately i contacted your customer care executive and explained whole thing. He said the debited amount will credit back after 72 hrs. (3) same day of 26th i sent a reply mail to [protected]@iobnet.co.in. No reply till now (4) on[protected] around 15:15 hrs spoken to customer care executive jamaludeen and expressed the whole process and answered all his questions. Then he lodged a complaint and its ref number is fj 290903. (5) due to non-payment, transaction failure of iob net banking: I used karur vysya bank on[protected]:38hrs net banking payment done for the above tneb bill payment and it was successful and tneb payment receipt was generated in a seconds. For your reference i attached with kvb transaction details on[protected]Kvb transaction no: [protected] dt 26/09/2017 14:38 hrs, receipt no:[protected] rs 4477-00) (6) hence i would request to reverse the above amount to my account.
