Indian Post Office — Lost of articls

I have sent parcel through post office via speedpost from chennai to meghalaya on[protected]. The parcel reached on[protected] but sadly 50% of the items were missing from the parcel.. My parcel was not deliverd the way i packed. I hv lost nearly about rs 5000.. Now no one is taking responsibility on this unprofessional act.. Their should be someone who can take strict action..
It was emergency thats the reasn i sent the parcel..
I m in huge loss because i hv to buy those items again.. I m totally scrwed..

All i can say is that there are more than 10 complaints on this page per day like this and you can imagine that 100s of people dont even write here so you can come to the conclusion that this India post people are thieves and they will take no responsibility for your loss because they themselves stole it.
complainting to the thieves themselves is of no use. Next time suggest everyone for not using India post
