Order was shipped from china on[protected] which was ordered from aliexpress and reached kolkata air foreign rlo building on[protected] and then been there for one month and shipped to inblra on[protected] and stuck in there till date. I don't know why it's taking more nearly 2 month to deliver an order. Consignment no : rp[protected]cn. The delivery time given by aliexpress which is 2 months is over. But still i didn't get the order.

I've ordered a product from bangood.com Item received in INBLRA on Nov 23rd 2019. Still it got struck in customs. I'm supposed to get the parcel by Dec 20th 2019 at the max.

I ordered my parcel from the US and it reached INBLRA on 8th July however there is still no information or update on when the package will arrive at my destination.

It has already been a week and a half sitting at customs. Please help resolve this at the earliest.

An item i ordered from china is stuck in chennai foreign post office for 15 days now. It took lesser time to arrive in india. Why is the delay in india? This is the first time i'm experiencing this delay. Whenever it has come via kolkata or bangalore it arrived quickly.
Destination state is karnataka / bangalore. I request the concerned people to look into it please.

Respected Sir,
Please say what is the timing for a customers at postoffice. Post office says 10:00 am to 03:00 pm. After that not a single work do for customers at mahendru post office. And not do any type of work for senior citizen. They see as a young customers. Postmaster will being as a hero. Plz solve this query. Thank you!

My documents from MG University Kottayam Kerala has to reach Canada, but it has just reached Chennai Sorting Office. And there is no trace of movement of it. Please provide when will it move from chennai and reach Canada. It's an urgent matter for my career

My ordered item from aliexpress was shipped from china which is now held at kolkata customs from 11 nov 2019 without giving a specific reason. This is the second time my parcel is held by postal department and lost eventually. I request the team to please dispatch my parcel as soon as possible.

A parcel was sent to me to bangalore from singapore post with tracking id - rb[protected]sg.
It was received by chennai foriegn post office on 20/11/2019 and from that time its not yet processed and no updates after that.
I tried calling but no one picks up.

Requesting to kindly deliver the parcel at the earliest.

I applied for atm on aug 07 & and my bank representative says that it will come in 15 to 30 days maximum. But after a long time it hasn't arrived. & i also applied for atm & cheque book at other bank on October 25th but both of my atm & other banking accessories have not arrived.

I ordered an item from Singapore which was shipped on 17 Nov 2019. It has been received by India Post on 20 Nov 2019. From then on, it has been the same status for 12 days. It's taking more time for the parcel to arrive locally than internationally.

The postman of sarari madhopur (848506) area, never been visited or delivered any post consignment to village, they call any person whom consignment belongs to and ask for bribes, if anyone decline they return that consignment.

- not from[protected], there is no update in tracking, neither any delivery has been made, no contact to me regarding any issues
- it's just stuck in india, delhi (Over 1 month just in delhi, why?)

I'd like to know the reason, why such delay and if it's stolen, i'd like to know that as well.

A registered letter from the Udhna SO office in Surat, Gujarat was couriered to Canada on 26th October 2019 and the parcel is still not delivered.
The tracker has no updates after 30th October which says that the item is bagged at the Mumbai Airport Sorting Office. Upon complaining online, I've got to know that the parcel is dispatched to Toronto and that there is no tracking service available from Canadian offices.
I cannot find a way to contact the Canadian offices.

I would like to know a tentative date of delivery of the parcel and also the contact details for the Canadian office. And if the parcel cannot be delivered due to whatsoever circumstances, I'd like a refund of the contents of the parcel and the tariff.

India post is not delivering my product. When I went to DLF QE SO post office, the postmaster told me that the entry of product was registered but Gurgaon RMS didn't send the product in physical but made an entry to them, and the product is now missing. That product is very expensive and I cannot afford to loose it due to mishandling of postal service
