Indian Post — Speedpost not being delivered after being "out for delivery" since days!

Kindly help me get my speedpost with tracking ID EL[protected]IN reach me. The said parcel shows status as "out of delivery" since the 23rd, but has not reached me yet.

The address on the parcel is 100% correct, so is my contact number and there is someone present in my house to accept the delivery of the package. Despite all these arrangement, the parcel has not reached me citing the reason "tem Onhold Addressee cannot be located".

Please help me get my package delivered to my address.
