document sent from kolkata to canada via speed post (india post) stuck in canada customs with no update for last 10 days

I had sent a speed post via india post (Charges - rs. 1392) from kolkata (Park street po) to canada (Toronto) - wes canada. It was booked on 16th dec from park street po and supposedly sent on 20th dec. But after that i have not got any updates regarding this. It looks like to be stuck in customs because canada post have not received it, they confirmed.

I called india post and told them this issue & they could not help me,...

slow speed of speed post

They call it speed post but it is taking weeks to deliver. My parcel no rb[protected]sg was dispatched from kolkata foreign lcao on 20th of december and has not reached new delhi dimc till date. It is more than a week now. I know that i will get it one day but my complaint is that name speed post does not suit them. If air category parcel took so long what about the surface parcels. How you are harrasing people of my country is very frustrating...

I ordered a product from aliexpress.com, item is sent through india post on 10/12/2019, but from 14/12/2019 tracking details of the registered post is not yet updated and product is not delivered. Please look into this and solve issue as soon as possible. My previous orders with india post are delivered within 1 week, but it is taking too long time. Attached image for further information...

item delivery confirmed without the item being delivered

The status as of december 13 2019 17:13 pm. The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed. But the recipient never got the package. The package was not even handed over to the guards at the entrance. There was a phone number of recipient provided on the label & yet nobody received a call. We have inquired in the surrounding buildings as well & nobody has reported receiving the package....

My parcel from pune (Kothrud s. O) was dispatched to bangalore on 9th december 2019. Ideally, it should have reached the destination on wednesday, or latest by thursday. However, it has not moved from mumbai ap inland tmo since 11th december 2019, as per the consignment tracking site. The consignment number is rm[protected]in. The parcel contains imitation jewelry. Please look into the matter and resolve it....

foreign shipment which is stuck in crc mumbai foreign post office

My shipment tracking number is RV[protected]GB
My shipment from LONDON to HYDERABAD is stuck in crc mumbai foreign post office for more than 5days.

It is displaying that the item has been dispatched from crc mumbai dated 7th Dec... Its been 5days since then??? Where has it been??

I tried calling them and also mailed them regarding the same.

Please do the needful, i don't even know this customer...

international package stuck at mumbai airport sorting office

It was handled by DHL Global services from Fairfield, US. And it handed the package to India Post on arriving at Delhi.
It has reached Mumbai Airport Sorting Office and is stuck there for a long time.

My parcel with educational documents to be sent to wes canada is stuck at chennai office sorting office from 16th october. There has been no update at all on the package post 16th october. What is the reason and when will the package be delivered?
The same package was sent from mg university on 10th of october. What can be done to expedite the delivery? Who is the right point of contact?

international speed post delay and unresponsive customer support

I had sent a parcel on 23 rd october from the so called foreign post office in hyderabad to usa i was informed that the speed post would cost 400 extra and would be delivered within 5 days, till now the status shows item bagged on 24th.

My usps item was supposed to be delivered to mumbai in march of 2019 but it still hasnt been delivered. It says your item departed a transfer airport in indira gandhi intl, delhi, india on oct 1, 2019. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

Order a product from amazon.in sold by cloudtail india and shipped through india post with tracking number : aw[protected]in, order number :[protected], order date : 13/09/2019, current status : received at kol ap tmo on 15/09/2019.
