It's been almost 3 months that i sent a parcel to my friend in Belgium but it is stuck in Brussel for no reason.

I registered a complaint with India Post and they got a reply from Belgium that "Our colleagues in the import service wish to have more information about the recipient of this shipment. It lacks the complete coordinates of it (Rue + House number + Postal code + City), which does not allow to declare the shipment and then distribute it"

I gave all the information about the recipient on the parcel but still it is undelivered.

Please note that the following couriers with tracking numbers as mentioned above have been returned by Ireland's An post Authority, as per the understanding given by India Post it is their responsibility to review the items as per the utmost caution before sending it for courier to Ireland's An post. However, due to unknown reasons it has been returned back to my family after the postage on 28th August 2023. My family incurred the cost of INR 9, 263 & 8, 555 respectively and lost time of roughly 4 weeks now.

Please let me know who will bear the losses of postage cost, cost of perishable items, the time loss and the agony cost to us by India post services? Additionally, what shall we do to send the postage again as I am not interested in paying for the services which cause nothing both money and time to a family.

I would appreciate it much if my speedpost with tracking ID EL[protected]IN would move from the Delhi office as it contains perishable items. Another package with a different ID was stranded at the same office for a week with no movement and no further status update.

Kindly get this dispatched ahead and delivered to my place.

My item was dispatched on 4th sept 2023 From Rajgarh (Dibrugarh) SO pin - 786611 and its been 18 days since the item has only reached to Bengal. May I know what kind of service is this or a joke. It has to reach Bangalore in 4 days (as said by the office staffs). Today is 20th Sept, 2023. The item is important for me. May I know when I can get my parcel delivered.
Never expected such a horrible service from India post. Also they are not receiving any calls or messages. Nor I got any kind o[censored]pdate for my parcel. My all details has been given by the sender.

I am Ganesh KS sent a parcel on Speedpost number EL[protected]IN dated 15th Sep 2023. After 17th Sep, there is no update in tracking consignment. Can you please intervene and get this delivered immediately.

I booked a parcel from Jaipur GPO on the date of 31.08.2023 to Sonipat firstly its on hold for so many days after raising a complaint on 8.09.2023 they assured to take action against it but on 12.09.2023 they updated on the portal that the parcel delivered to the address but in reality the receiver did not get the parcel and now the are not doing anything.

This is regarding my package with consignment number EL[protected]IN dispatched on Sept 11th, 2023 which has been stranded at Delhi AP TMO since 13th Sep. There is no further update since Sept 13th, no forward movement on tracking, nor have I received the package.

Am attaching a picture for proof. Has the package been lost by the post department?

Two of my speedposts are being diverted unnecessarily (EL[protected]IN, EL[protected]IN) and not being delivered under the false excuses ...saying address cannot be located or house closed.

The postal department may be overworked post G20 and the festivals, but that does not give them an excuse to delay "perishable items" speedpost packages when the package is labelled clearly as live items.

It's been a while since my products haven't reached my premises,

I had a product shipped to me from Australia on 30th August. It is 16th September today and India post was supposed to deliver it between 7-11th of August.

It was been detained by border agencies with the tag : RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U at the Kolkata Foreign RLO office.

I don’t understand why, it’s a simple toy and the border agencies really need to look into that? I can think of a million better things they ought to do than waste their and my time. They are basically holding packages hostage at will now? Great implementation of taxpayer money you guys, definitely inspired me to pay my taxes.

Nobody even picks up a call, absolutely preposterous. I am severely disappointed at the sheer unwillingness of India Post to do their job.

The package was meant as a gift for my little brother for his birthday. I suppose he should just know that the postmen kept it for no apparent reason even when I paid for express delivery.

I want to know why my percel is stuck there and there is no shipment update, I want to take serious action who is incharge, that percel is very important. Please do something

My parcel was booked from kolkata to germany. After items at Delhi AP TMO Items Dispatched.
There is no update since 05/09/2023

I booked a courier through speed post trading no “ED[protected]IN” on 6 September 2023. Tracking has not being updated since 6 September. It shows item has been dispatched on 6th sept from Hauz khas SO, after that there is no update and customer care number is also not working...

But the consignment is not reached at destination yet. The online tracking is not working and it is last updated on 08/09/2023. The last status is shown as item dispatched from MA Ambala RMS Set 1 at 12:39 dated on 08/09/2023. Please resolve the issue and update the tracking system so that I can know where is my postal presently and when it will reach.
