Bought a power bank from Shenzhen (Tracking No- RE[protected]SE)
When the post man delivered the package, for my surprise the package was opened and there was nothing inside. When checked with Postman he casually says this is what we have received so i dunno anything
I have rejected the package and when i checked with BSK 3rd Stage PostOffice they rudely say this is what we have received i[censored] want you can complain.
Please help

Please update us if these problems are been solved or not, i think these government officials are just useless.
we as a citizen are keen to know what actions they take against such cases as i have troubles with them too.

As you said yes the government officials are just useless and when i have complained all they say is there was no error reported during that city this city bla bla bla...
