I had booked registered parcel on 6 june 2018 from chennai ashok nagar post office. To delhi 110085

Itz been 9 days till now they have not delivered. They have loaded wrong tracking information saying itz delivered. But receiver has not received.

No one is picking calls in rohini sector 7 post office.

I need urgent action
