Indian Postal Services — Parcel missing

I had send a parcel to delhi through speed post service of Indian Post on February 2 from bhilwara branch. It is not not been deleivered to the receiver. I had launched a complain with the post office but they are not taking it seriously and doesnot pay attention the complains.they take it as a formality.
